Founder Ivan Zziwa accepted the Digital Equity Innovation Award on behalf of Cyber4Every1 at the Chicago Technology Summit, recognising the organisation's impact on closing the cybersecurity education gap for youth across Africa. The award acknowledges three years of community-led digital safety programs reaching over 1,000 students.
Our largest student cohort yet completed the 4-week Cybersecurity Foundations module, with a record 94% pass rate. Over 40 students expressed interest in pursuing cybersecurity as a career — and three have already been connected with entry-level apprenticeship opportunities.
We're proud to announce our newest program track — AI Project Building — now open for students aged 13–19. In just 3 weeks, students learn to design and build real AI tools: from fake-news detectors to community chatbots. No prior experience required.
